Scholarship Info

Indian Capital Technology Center (ICTC) provides the availability to participate in many scholarship opportunities. Most generally, these scholarships are reviewed and awarded to students that are not eligible for any other assistance, or to students whose assistance received does not meet their educational expenses. For questions regarding these scholarships or others not listed, please contact the Financial Aid office.
 
Oklahoma CareerTech Foundation
The Oklahoma CareerTech Foundation awards scholarships to students who may not qualify for other assistance.  Awards are based on need and commitment demonstrated during the current school year.
Scholarships include:  Otha Grimes - Francis Tuttle Memorial Scholarships, OKACTE/ESSP Casy Cundiff Outstanding Student Scholarship, & Washington/Dubose Memorial Scholarship

ICTC Scholarships
Senior Scholarship - Any participating school junior, senior or immediate graduate who resides in the Indian Capital district will be eligible for one (1) tuition free program. This tuition free program may be used during their junior and senior year or through the year following their high school graduation. The maximum benefit is a tuition waiver up to 1,050 hours at the in-student rate for regular full-time career majors. See ICTC Campus Counselor for more details.
Fee Waivers - ICTC Fee Waivers are available to ICTC employees and immediate family members of those employees. ICTC Fee Waivers are also available for senior citizens. For more information, see Bursar or campus Billing Agent.
 
Superintendent's Scholarship - This scholarship is offered once every school year. The scholarship is awarded to one student on each campus. The scholarship will pay the cost of tuition and mandatory fees for that career major. For more information, please see the Campus Director.
ICTC Foundation Scholarship - This scholarship is funded by the ICTC Foundation. Students must be in good standing with a Letter of Recommendation from the teacher or counselor and are not eligible to receive any other funding. Applications can be found in the Financial Aid office.
Charles Williams Scholarship - This scholarship is available only on the ICTC-Muskogee campus and is for adult enrollment in Automotive Service Technology.
 
Physician's Manpower Training Commission (PMTC)
PMTC offers a Nursing Student Assistance Program to provide financial assistance to Oklahoma nursing students pursuing LPN, ADN, BSN, or MSN degrees.  The scholarship loan is repaid by practicing nursing in Oklahoma, with emphasis placed on rural communities.  Scholarship applications are made available in the Financial Aid office.

Saint Francis Health System offers financial assistance to students who are pursuing a career goal in healthcare. Saint Francis Health Systems offers scholarships for a variety of popular areas.  Application dates and details vary by specialty and amounts vary by program.

Muskogee Difference Healthcare Scholarship
​The Muskogee Difference Healthcare Scholarship (MDHS) is directed toward students that are currently admitted and enrolled in Connors State College Nursing and Allied Health programs (AAS Nursing, Pre-Nursing, AS Biological Science-Pre-med, AS Biological Science-Allied Health or an approved CSC/ICTC Cooperative Alliance Degree Program). Students who are awarded the MDHS will be required to commit to work as a healthcare professional in the Muskogee service area for two years following their completion of the degree program.
