Electric Motor Controls 

Use the Amatrol model 85-MT5 Electric Motor Control Learning System to learn electric relay control of AC electric 3 phase motors found in industrial, commercial & residential applications. Learn to operate, install, design & troubleshoot AC electric motor control circuits for various applications. Covers basic principles of electric motor control & starters (both manual & magnetic), principles of ladder diagram basics & logic, standard control circuits such as start/stop & forward/reverse, timer relays, auto input devices & overload protection, system & component troubleshooting. Provides a combination of individualized, hands-on learning with motor control trainers & group instruction of concepts and principles. Fundamentals of Pneumatics

Use the Amatrol 850 Basic Fluid Power Learning System to learn fundamental pneumatic systems used in industrial, commercial, agricultural & mobile applications. Learn to operate, install, analyze performance & design basic pneumatic power systems. The model 850 includes a filter/regulator, pneumatic motor, cylinders, various valves, manometer, flow meter, gauges & pneumatic hose & fittings set. 8HRS/$115

 

Hydraulics: Basic to Intermediate

Learn about the physical principles of hydraulics & how hydraulic mechanisms are used in real-world applications. Construct hydraulic circuits, which gradually increase in difficulty/number of industry-standard components. Covers pumps, gauges, hydraulic motors, cylinders & numerous valves, including schematic symbols for each component, which will help you read & draw your own hydraulic schematics. 40HRS/$550 

 

Ladder Logics

Learn to use electrical controls for automated machines. Covers electrical relay control, which uses electrical components wired together to form a logic that determines the sequence of the machine’s operations. Prerequisite for Electric Motor Controls. 12HRS/$155

 

Mechanical Drives-1

Learn the fundamentals of mechanical transmission systems used in industrial, agricultural & mobile applications. Learn industry-relevant skills including how to operate, install, analyze performance & design basic mechanical transmission systems using chains, v-belts, spur gears, bearings & couplings. 40HRS/$469 

 

NFPA 70e Arc Flash Training

Comprehensive training designed to protect those working in or around electrical systems & hazards. Gain a thorough knowledge of safe behaviors & an understanding of the latest guidelines & regulations from NFPA 70E & OSHA.
