Cambree is a senior at Warner High School and has been a member of Business Professionals of America for two years. She currently serves as Chapter President at Indian Capital Technology Center – Muskogee Campus. Cambree is enrolled in the Business Management and Administration program at ICTC–Muskogee, where she is completing her requirements in the Medical Office Assistant career major. She is also currently interning at Wagoner Community Hospital.
After graduating from ICTC, Cambree plans to attend college and pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She hopes to continue on to law school and become an attorney.
During her time in the Medical Office Assistant program, Cambree says she has developed important workplace skills such as effective communication, organization, ethical responsibility, and the use of technology in a professional setting. Working in healthcare has also strengthened her attention to detail, confidentiality practices, and ability to interact compassionately with others—skills that will serve her well in a future legal career.
ICTC Superintendent Tony Pivec said, “We are extremely proud of Cambree Miller and this well-deserved recognition. The Gina Hubbard Oklahoma BPA Scholarship highlights the dedication and determination Cambree has shown throughout her time at ICTC.”
ICTC Board of Education President Darrell Russell added, “Students like Cambree demonstrate the power of CareerTech education. Her success is an inspiration to other students and a reflection of the outstanding programs we have at ICTC.”

The investment continues the nonprofit’s mission to invest directly in opportunities that support Muskogee’s students. By reducing financial barriers to post-secondary education, the partnership will allow more graduates to pursue training for in-demand careers within their local
community.
Programs Supported:
● CDL Scholarship ($100,000): Provides financial assistance for students pursuing a Class A Commercial Driver’s License through ICTC’s four-week training program. Once the program is completed, students can sit for the licensure exam, creating a direct pathway from training to employment while addressing the region’s growing need for licensed commercial drivers.
● Health Career Scholarship ($150,000): Provides financial assistance for individuals entering ICTC’s nursing and allied health programs. The scholarship supports student recipients as they complete required coursework and clinical training, offering an affordable path for those beginning a program as well as those entering with prior college credit. By helping address the need for additional licensed healthcare professionals in the region, the scholarship creates direct pathways to well-paying careers and strengthens the local workforce and overall quality of care in the area.
The William Barry Love Foundation carries forward the vision of its namesake—longtime President and CEO of Love Bottling Company—by dedicating a portion of the company’s profits to support Muskogee’s youth and families through local organizations and nonprofits. “When we invest in our students, we invest in Muskogee’s future,” said James Gulley, President of the William Barry Love Foundation and President & CEO of Love Bottling Company. “We are grateful for the opportunity to support ICTC as they provide graduates with opportunities to skill up for in-demand careers in our local workforce.”
“These scholarships represent a meaningful investment in the success of our students,” said Tony Pivec, Superintendent of Indian Capital Technology Center. “We are grateful for the Foundation’s partnership, and for the impact it will have on individuals preparing for careers across our region.”
