🎉 Congratulations to our incredible Stilwell Campus Health Careers Certification students for their outstanding achievements at the HOSA State Competition!

👏 Harmony TeHee earned an impressive 2nd place in Interviewing Skills.
👏 Cloey Clark received a certificate award as a 4th place state qualifier in Health Care Administration.
👏 Jaselyn Chastain proudly represented ICTC-Stilwell in the 2025–2026 HOSA Parade of Schools.

Indian Capital Technology Center has been named one of the “Top Workplaces” in America, as ranked by USA Today. This national honor is a powerful reflection of the culture, teamwork, and shared commitment that define ICTC. ICTC officially received this recognition on April 9 in Nashville, Tennessee.

While the award is national, the reason we earned it is entirely local—rooted in the people who make ICTC exceptional. “This award is a testament to the people who show up every day with purpose, passion, and pride,” said Superintendent Tony Pivec. “ICTC is a Top Workplace because of the way our staff supports one another, the way our partners invest in our mission, and the way our students inspire us. This recognition belongs to our entire community.” We also want to acknowledge the leadership that helped build the foundation for this moment. The culture we enjoy today did not happen overnight. It is the result of years of steady vision and commitment.

“ICTC’s success is the product of long-term dedication from many leaders, educators, and partners,” shared Board President Darrell Russell. “Our board is proud of the environment our staff has created—one where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a difference.”

Among those leaders is Tom Stiles, whose tenure as Superintendent helped shape the strong, student-centered culture that continues to guide ICTC today. “Seeing ICTC recognized on a national stage is incredibly meaningful,” said Tom Stiles, former Superintendent and current Board Member. “So many people have poured their hearts into this institution over the years. This award reflects the strength of our team and the commitment of our community.”

ICTC’s partnerships—including our important collaborations with Connors State College — continue to expand opportunities for students and strengthen the relevance of our programs. These relationships are a vital part of what makes ICTC a thriving, forward‑looking institution.

At its core, this award is about teamwork. It celebrates the collective effort of individuals and organizations working together to create a place where employees thrive and students succeed. ICTC has always been strongest when we move forward as one team, and this recognition is a testament to that spirit.

As we celebrate this milestone, we also look ahead. Being named a Top Workplace in America challenges us to continue nurturing the culture that brought us here—one built on respect, collaboration, and a shared belief in the power of career and technology education.

We love seeing our graduates thrive in their careers and return to campus to share their success with current students. There’s no better testimonial than hearing it straight from those who have walked the path before them! 💙

Earlier this week, two graduates from our Tahlequah HVAC program—who are currently rebranding their service company in Eucha (formerly AirCare HVAC)—stopped by to visit with Mr. Sherrill and his students.

Not only did they share their journey and industry insight, but they also generously donated prizes to all Tahlequah HVAC students who competed in the Regional HVAC contest last Friday in Okmulgee. How cool is that?! 👏🔥

Thank you both for your generosity and for taking time out of your busy schedules to invest in the next generation of skilled professionals. We are proud of you! 💪✨
