Meet Michelle Foster, our amazing Curriculum/Instructional Coach at the district level, housed at the Muskogee Campus!
Michelle joined the ICTC team in 1997, beginning her career at the Stilwell Campus as a Practical Nursing and Health Certification Careers Instructor. Through her dedication and leadership, she later transitioned into the Instructional Services Department, where she has made a lasting impact across the entire district.
Michelle provides exceptional instructional coaching, supports effective teaching strategies, develops high-quality instructional materials, and ensures curriculum alignment with industry certifications. Her work has strengthened programs districtwide and helped instructors deliver meaningful, industry-relevant learning experiences for students.
Throughout her career, Michelle has set the bar high with her professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to excellence. She has been a mentor, a leader, and a steady source of support for countless staff members.
As she prepares to retire at the end of this school year, we celebrate her incredible career and the legacy she leaves behind. Michelle will always be part of the ICTC family, and we are deeply grateful she chose to share her talents with us for so many years.
