Meet Joyce Hepler, our incredible Adult Career Development Specialist at the Muskogee Campus! Since joining the ICTC team in 2024, Joyce has done a fantastic job coordinating and overseeing short-term and online courses, helping ensure there are opportunities for everyone to learn and grow.
