Meet Belinda Hopkins, our spectacular Administrative Assistant/HR Specialist at the Muskogee Campus! Since joining ICTC in 2023, Belinda has made a big impact—first as our Adult Career Development Secretary, and now in her current role in the District Administration Office.
Belinda is incredibly knowledgeable, great with people, and always ready to take on any challenge. She has been a wonderful addition to the ICTC family, and we can’t wait to see all she accomplishes.
