Meet Chef Jeff Howard, our amazing Culinary, Recreation & Entertainment Instructor at the Muskogee Campus! Since joining ICTC in 2018, Chef Howard has done a fantastic job preparing students for careers in the culinary, recreation, and entertainment industries.
With his extensive experience and passion, he makes a lasting impact on students—and the Food Services team keeps everyone well-fed with delicious meals in the campus cafeteria!
