Meet Rachelle McGowen, our terrific Receptionist at the Tahlequah Campus! Rachelle joined the ICTC team in August 2025 and is already making a meaningful impact.
With her warm personality and welcoming smile, Rachelle greets everyone who walks through the doors—students, staff, and guests alike—making them feel right at home. She brings a positive energy to the campus, and we’re excited to see all the great things she will accomplish at ICTC.
