Meet Shana Mulgrew, our sensational District Receptionist in the Central Administration Office!
Shana joined the ICTC team in 2023, beginning her journey in the Adult Career Development department as the ACD District Administrator’s Secretary before transitioning into her current role.
Shana does an incredible job serving as the first point of contact for our district—greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing a wide variety of daily responsibilities. She handles it all with efficiency, a positive attitude, and a welcoming smile that makes everyone feel right at home.
Her professionalism and upbeat personality make her a perfect fit for this role, and she plays an important part in keeping the Central Administration Office running smoothly.
We are so thankful Shana is part of the ICTC team and look forward to seeing all the great things she will continue to accomplish.
