Meet Rebecca “Becca” Philpot, our fantastic Financial Aid Specialist Assistant at the district level!
Becca joined the ICTC team in 2021, starting at the Stilwell Campus before transitioning to the Muskogee Campus as part of the Financial Aid team. Since then, she has done an outstanding job guiding students through the financial aid process—helping them navigate applications and answering questions about FAFSA, tribal funding, VA benefits, and other financial resources.
Becca’s friendly personality and welcoming nature make her a perfect fit for this role. She has a way of putting students at ease, helping them feel comfortable and confident as they work through what can sometimes be a complicated process. It’s no surprise that both students and staff enjoy working with her wherever she goes.
