Congratulations to Shannon Gilbert, who is ICTC’s 2025-26 District Teacher of the Year! Mrs. Gilbert is the Stilwell Campus Health Careers Certification Instructor and has taught at ICTC since 2023. She has trained hundreds of students for careers in the healthcare field. We are so blessed she is part of the ICTC team. Congratulations Shannon for this well-deserved honor!
